How Do Spell Big Brother? – F. D. A.

Perseverance can be a desirable trait in most instances.  But when this trait concerns the now decade-long efforts of Big Tobacco and their political Comrades in Collusion to subjugate and destroy our free market economy – as documented on this site over the past three years, the results can be chilling.

The latest and greatest (and therefore the most dangerous to our threatened free market) comes in the expansion of the Comrades in Collusion — from the original partnership of Big Tobacco and the State Government politicians who sold their Citizen Consumers the bill of goods known as the Master Settlement Agreement (“MSA”) in 1998 to include the biggest brother of them all – the federal government – specifically the Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”).

Looking Out for Number 1

For the past three years StatesOnTheTake.Com has chronicled the ever-expanding collection of “Stealth Cartels” across this country.

These Stealth Cartels are comprised of Big Business and our elected state government  officials — Comrades in Collusion if you will, who, covertly scratch one-another’s back for their mutual financial and political benefits.

Since the late 1990’s these Stealth Cartels  have steadily multiplied in effectiveness to the point where they threaten the very free market society upon which our country was based.

Our site identified the mother of all Stealth Cartels in 2005, that being the “Master Settlement Agreement,”the “settlement” between 46 states and Big Tobacco, which occurred in the late 1990’s.
A “settlement” which was in reality a partnership.

Some Students are More Equal than Others…

To paraphrase the immortal words of the visionary and all-too correct author and futurist George Orwell… in today’s collegiate society, all students are equal, but some students are more equal than others.

Sadly, in today’s PC fascist universe of higher education these words have never rung more true.  As if regulating the speech, thought and dress of the student body wasn’t quite enough for the unchallengeable intellectual ruling elite who run our universities, the comintern committees in colleges across the country have now determined that the as-of-yet-legal act of smoking shall be null and void in their hallowed halls.

Are All Leaks Bad ? ? ?

The torrent of leaks and unwanted “disclosures” pouring out of our Nation’s Capital threaten to burst the “Truth–Levies” the Bush administration and its Stealth Cartel allies have fought so hard to strengthen and reinforce throughout this second term.

Despite recent efforts to intensify the search to uncover the “leakers” , including those efforts by the most recently departed Bush appointee , see also and to intensify the search to uncover the “leakers” , it appears crystal clear to anyone who dares to examine the facts that certain “leakers” are exempt from the stringent penalties sought by the administration and its allies (see the admitted leak by George W a/k/a “The Decider”) .
